Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

An extra 1 business day may be required when setting knots and coins.

Please leave a comment in your cart during checkout if you don't want the knot set. If no comment is left, then I will assume you'd like it set.

Once set knots and coins cannot be removed without risk of damaging the handle and is your responsibility should you wish to do so when you receive the brush.

Coins will be set as they are my brand and will not be sold separately at this time.

Please be aware that orders placed during national/public holidays may experience longer processing and delivery times.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Australian Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Australia Post

Standard Shipping (2-8 business days): $10.00 flat rate, tracking is provided.

Expedited Shipping (1-4 business days): $15.00 flat rate, tracking is provided.

3. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries. Tracking is provided.

Australia Post Standard International Shipping (6-27 business days): calculated on checkout by location, AUD flat rate

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Circular Motion Brushes is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. 

I will not modify Customs Values to lower Import Duties.

I am not responsible for lost or delayed packages once the package has departed Australia.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be available for shipping to certain locations. If there are any restrictions, it will be noted on the product page.
